An audience is more than an age group. Describe what readers already know, the problem they face, their objections and the action they can take. Do not assume that everyone in a demographic thinks alike.

Explain appointment software to a clinic receptionist using everyday language. Focus on rescheduling and avoiding overlapping bookings. Avoid technical terms and include a short example.
